Goshen Web X provides professional custom website development, web optimisation, SEO services, and portfolio website creation. All projects are governed by a separate written agreement that outlines the specific scope, timeline, and pricing.
A deposit of fifty percent is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and client approval. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Upon full and final payment, you receive complete ownership of the final website design and source code. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, images, and approvals as requested. Any delays caused by the client may impact the agreed project timeline and delivery date.
Goshen Web X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
