The Challenge
Problem Statement
Users constantly hit frustrating upload walls — file must be under 100KB, or exactly 600 by 600 pixels — with no easy way to fix it without technical image-editing knowledge.
Our Solution
Built an image processing engine in PHP using GD that iteratively adjusts compression quality via binary search until the target file size is met, with automatic dimension resizing, center-cropping, and real-time verification before the result is ever handed back to the user.

Fully self-service, no-signup tool live at goshenwebx.io/fix-my-file. Accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP, processes entirely server-side, and automatically deletes every file immediately after download.
