The Challenge
Problem Statement
Barbier Luxe is a barbershop in Québec with eight barbers. Clients needed a way to book without calling, and the shop needed one place to manage its barbers' schedules, bookings and customers.
Our Solution
A custom booking platform. Clients pick a service, a barber, a date and a time slot, and the system checks live availability before confirming. The same booking can be made through the website's chat assistant. Each barber has a dashboard for their own bookings, an admin panel manages everything, and a loyalty program adds points to each online booking.
Results & Outcomes
✓
Live in production. Online booking in 30-minute slots that follow each barber's schedule, with blocked slots for time off. Barber and admin dashboards. Loyalty points added automatically to online bookings.
