Barbershop owners faced several operational challenges: long queues, difficulty managing appointments, tracking loyal clients, and ensuring effective communication with staff. Customers often had to wait for their favorite barber, creating frustration and inefficiencies. The client needed a solution to streamline scheduling, improve customer experience, and encourage repeat visits.
We developed Barbier Luxe, a web application that simplifies barbershop operations: Online Booking & Scheduling: Users can reserve appointments with their favorite barber directly through the app. Client Management: Barbers can track client history, preferences, and appointment details in one place. Staff Tools: Barbers receive notifications for any appointment changes, cancellations, or modifications. Fidelity Program: Clients earn points for each completed haircut. Once they reach 400 points, they receive a $10 discount. Users can view their points and rewards directly through the app. Reviews & Feedback: Customers can leave reviews for barbers, providing valuable insights for service improvement.
