Try this

1. Open the public menu, add a few dishes and place a pickup order.
2. Come back to Kitchen orders. It is already on the board. Move it from New to Preparing to Ready.
3. Book a table at the reservation page, then watch the seat count drop. Fill a seating and the next guest is refused.
4. In Menu, mark a dish as sold out, then check the public menu again.
